What the Visit Covers
This one-on-one consultation is designed to look beyond isolated symptoms and map the bigger picture: energy, sleep, weight, hormones, metabolism, stress, inflammation, lifestyle, and long-term wellness goals. The visit prioritizes a detailed conversation so medical decisions are aligned with your daily routines and priorities rather than quick symptom fixes.
During the visit we focus on the specific concerns that bring you in — low energy, weight changes, sleep or mood shifts, perimenopause or menopause symptoms, libido changes, thyroid or metabolic questions, and general inflammation or poor recovery. We also spend time making lab results understandable and relevant to your goals.
How the Assessment Works
The physician-led, one-on-one visit with Dr. Hirmendi lasts 60 MINUTES and centers on a thorough medical history review, symptom timeline, and detailed lab interpretation. Expect focused time to discuss how your labs connect to symptoms and what additional tests, if any, would clarify the clinical picture before recommending interventions.
When clinically appropriate we review hormone therapy options and discuss non-pharmacologic support including nutrition, supplements, lifestyle adjustments, and longevity-minded strategies. The consultation produces a personalized plan outlining next steps, whether that is targeted testing, a trial of therapy, or a follow-up visit to assess response.
Local access and seasonal notes
Rejuveme Wellness & Aesthetics is located in Downtown Willow Glen on Lincoln Avenue, easily reached from The Alameda, State Route 87 and Interstate 280. The location suits commuters and neighborhood residents who want to combine a medical visit with nearby shopping, dining, or events around Diridon Station and Santana Row.
Demand is highest in January, February and September—driven by New Year health resets and return-to-routine scheduling—so plan ahead during those months. San Jose’s Mediterranean climate and occasional summer heat or wildfire smoke can affect peoples’ daily routines; we consider those local factors when making practical lifestyle and recovery recommendations.
